Sign up on Batrex, log in to your account, and open Sales. Create a product listing: fill in the description, upload the archive, and submit it for moderation. After approval, your product appears in the marketplace catalog.

What is the platform commission?

Batrex charges a commission on each sale (15% by default). Your seller balance shows the payout amount after the fee. The current rate is shown in the Sales section of your account.

How do seller payouts work?

After sales, funds are credited to your seller balance. When the available amount reaches the minimum threshold (from $50), you can request a payout in Payouts by choosing a method and payment details. Requests are processed manually; status is shown in payout history.

What if the bot does not work?

First check the installation guide and server requirements on the product page. Make sure your environment matches the description. If the issue persists, contact support via your account or info@batrex.space with your order number and error details.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, in exceptional cases: if the product does not match the description or does not work and support cannot fix it. Submit a request within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Each case is reviewed individually.

How is my data protected when I buy?

Payment data is processed by the payment provider; Batrex does not store full card details. Account and order data are protected and available only in your account. Download links are issued personally after payment.
